WHAT WE NEED

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
When our providers recommend or prescribe skincare treatments, they are looking for a reliable resource to improve and promote patient skin care. From instructing patients on product use to applying skin care products or procedures, this is a hands-on patient care position.
Do you have pleasant customer service skills? Are you good with time management? Do you have experience as an esthetician? We’d love to learn more about you.
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Answer patients' questions and concerns; provide information and educate on services and procedures.
• Perform elective and non-elective services that may include facials, injections, laser treatments, skin peels, and other various procedures.
• Document and maintain records of client needs and preferences and the services provided.
• Promote the practice, treatments, services, sessions, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and discounts available.
• Sanitize and sterilize equipment and tools as directed by law and the practice's policies and procedures.

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED

• Infection control.
• Knowledge of procedures and protocols necessary to provide patient safety.
• Understanding of principles of quality patient care and patient handling techniques.
• Prior Medical Esthetics experience.
• Equipment maintenance and repair.
• Skin care and skin analysis.
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Customer service skills.
• Develop effective relationships with patients, hospital departments, and other external parties.
