Job Description
The Media Coordinator role supports Choozle’s self-service clients and internal Account/Media teams with a shared goal of retention, revenue growth, and client satisfaction. The Media Coordinator acts as the first line of support for Choozle clients, internal and external. The Media Coordinator will be an integral part of the enablement and success of Choozle self-service advertisers.


SALARY $50,000-$55,000 base


LOCATION Must be located or willing to relocate to Denver, CO and Choozle has a hybrid environment w/ 2 days in the office.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Assist with self-service advertising client inquiries regarding the Choozle platform, troubleshooting, media solutions, and general client services.
  • Assist with client activation, strategy development, billing and execution of ongoing platform and media training.
  • Managing and escalating troubleshooting issues, working with Technical Operations and Account Management teams internally.
  • Review digital media campaigns for performance-enhancing optimization suggestions and insights that drive advertiser success with Choozle.
  • Facilitate the creation and delivery of custom audiences and solutions for digital media campaigns in conjunction with Choozle partners and third-party vendors.
  • Manage media operations within Choozle, Hubspot, Salesforce, The Trade Desk, and other third party vendors.


Who You Are


  • Effective time management and organizational skills; detail-oriented – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Skilled communicator and relationship builder with clients and internal team members alike.
  • Preferred experience operating primarily within a support center/help desk ticketing environment (Hubspot, Zendesk, Intercom, Jira).
  • Curious and resourceful problem-solver who finds solutions.
  • Preferred experience with digital/programmatic advertising and advertising technology solutions (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Xandr, Facebook, AdWords, Google Marketing Platform, or any other associated ad serving technology).
  • Ability and desire to understand the detailed nuts and bolts of the Choozle platform and services.
