Job Description
Job Duties:
  • Follow drawings, production routers, guidelines and/or diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are within limits
  • Utilize cellular and lean manufacturing techniques throughout production
  • Assist other areas of the manufacturing operations on an as-needed basis
  • Adhere to established manufacturing and material control policies and procedures in compliance with ISO quality standards
  • Test products or sub-assemblies for functionality or quality with oversight
  • Build product mechanical sub-assemblies and/or final assemblies
  • Transfer hazardous or non-hazardous waste materials to collection areas for disposal, recycling, or reuse
  • Adhere to all FOD policies and procedures
  • Maintain clean production equipment and work areas
  • Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance
  • Measure and record data associated with operating equipment


Job Requirements consist of education, skills, training, and competency of Internal Procedures listed and Associated Documents:
  • Strong work ethic and team player Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Basic computer skills
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
  • Must be able to speak/read/write English
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to read mechanical drawings and specifications
  • Competency in the company's procedures and processes as identified in the company's training matrix
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. All applicants must be "U.S. persons" within the meaning of ITAR, as defined: a U.S. Citizen, a lawful permanent resident.

Salary range $28-$32/hr
