Marketing Writer-Editor Jobs

RedCloud is seeking a Marketing Writer-Editor to support immediate client operations. Job responsibilities

• Support digital campaigns with meticulous wordsmithing and storytelling skills for a global customer loyalty program
• Research, outline, draft, write and polish online copy
• Leverage and build on established style guides for copy best practices, voice and tone
• Stakeholder wrangling
• Collaborate with client teams and subject matter experts on a range of our client’s brands to write, review, and proofread promotions, campaigns, offers, newsletters, sweepstakes and more.
• Champion the brand with a clear understanding of business goals
• Keep up with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Job qualifications

• Can work independently and collaboratively with equal skill
• Experience with global audience and customer loyalty programs a plus
• Ability to manage cross-team relationships with diplomacy and professionalism
• 5+ years of writing and editing experience in a deadline-driven digital environment, with experience in online commerce preferred
• Able to gracefully juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Compensation range for position is $72,000 – 88,000 DOE.
