The Role
Responsible for marketing communication’s go-to-market content aligning to master calendar campaign planning inclusive of seasonal trends or themes, product launches, and brand strategy. The Marketing Strategy for the Creator Shopping platform will shape our strategic plans inclusive of theme, value prop, main action to drive key results. This role will lead content strategy and content creation and work with cross-functional partners to execute and disseminate across functions.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy short-form or long form education content for core customers
• Provide project management support across key cross-functional teams
• Own and manage the asset creation process for supportive content
• Craft supportive campaign copy and education
• Liaise with CRM and Marketing Automation (Demand Gen) teams to execute full, detailed brief and campaign strategy
• Deep understanding of core customer and segments
• Identify strategy, value proposition, cta and main message by segments
• Collaborate to define positioning statements and messaging for the GTM strategy of marketing communications

Experience

• Strong cross-functional collaboration
• Content/copy and social/community support is a plus
• Proven experience in growing client relations through sustained customer engagement and education
• Expertise knitting together a broad range of community feedback, customer support, behavioral analytics, etc to inform content strategy
• 2+ years of experience launching & scaling consumer apps, marketing communications short and long form, or services for global consumer and/or media brands

• Remarkable attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and toggle between long-term strategies and short-term tasks easily.
• Autonomously lead projects and prioritize daily workload for efficiency.
• Ability to get results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Positive and entrepreneurial-minded team player with an internal drive to hit goals and deadlines.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Scrappy and self-directed style.
