Tort Experts Marketing Quality Assurance Analyst
Tort Experts is seeking a motivated, diligent and experienced Marketing Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our marketing campaigns, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance performance with established standards and guidelines. This is a full time, remote position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze affiliate marketing campaigns to ensure they meet company standards and objectives.
- Identify, record, and document any bugs, errors, or issues within the affiliate marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the expected outcome of each campaign and ensure these expectations are met.
- Develop and implement testing strategies and document results.
- Recommend improvements to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor affiliate marketing trends and stay updated on new testing tools and test strategies.
- Report on findings and coordinate with the team to develop improvement strategies.
- Review Marketing Campaigns and Traffic: Conduct thorough and meticulous reviews of incoming leads to assess their quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Compliance Assessment: Verify that marketing campaigns adhere to applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements, including contract terms, clauses, and obligations.
- Error Identification: Identify and document errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies within campaigns, ensuring prompt identification and resolution of any issues. As well as be responsible for returns on leads and ensure returns are valid.
- Training and Guidance: Provide guidance and training to relevant stakeholders on contract quality standards, best practices, and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, legal developments, and best practices in contract management and quality assurance.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Support other quality assurance initiatives and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance testing or a similar role.
- Knowledge of lead generation marketing strategies and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Solid understanding of contract terms, legal language, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in traffic review methodologies and quality control processes.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills to identify errors and inconsistencies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate findings and recommendations.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using traffic management software and other relevant tools.
- Certification in contract management or quality assurance is a plus.
