Marsh McLennan is seeking a Business Resiliency Program Operations and Quality Assurance Director, to take its world-class Business Resiliency Program to the next level. This global program strengthens the company’s capacity to prepare for and respond to business continuity events and threats across the enterprise.
Leveraging process redesign and improvement experience, the successful individual will contribute to the ongoing transformation of the organization, making a significant impact on the efficiency of the program and delivering increased value to the business. Reporting to the Global Head of Business Resiliency Management, the Business Resiliency Program Operations and Quality Assurance Director will lead high-visibility initiatives that are essential to the firm.

- This individual will drive standards from a compliance and quality standpoint, create performance and delivery metrics for the team, coordinate third party resiliency assurance processes, and oversee the deployment of new tools and systems.
- The Business Resiliency Program Operations and Quality Assurance Director will bring strong operations and quality assurance expertise, a background in auditing, statistics, and lean process improvement, and a strong understanding of business resiliency program management.

We will count on you to
- Liaise with internal audit to coordinate reviews of BRM Program components across the globe.
- Develop a long-term program strategy to drive the program’s operating model and maturity.
- Manage global quality programs related to BRM capabilities deployed worldwide.
- Support the governance, project management and quality management activities of the Marsh McLennan Global Preparedness program, including training, testing, vendor risk management, audit coordination and other related risk management activities.
- Establish and monitor adoption and compliance with global BRM quality standards and requirements.
- Manage the Business Resiliency Management (BRM) awareness and training, including training development, maintenance and compliance.
- Support development, implementation and deployment of tools and processes for the Marsh McLennan Global Preparedness program.
- Manage the BRM Program effectiveness metrics and use data analytics to gain insights on program performance, progress and improvements.
- Work with Global Procurement to implement processes that assess third party resiliency capabilities.
- Coordinate responses to RFPs and third-party requests related to BRM inquiries.
- Champion and drive continuous program improvements, using analytics and other techniques.
- Coordinate the quality control of the BRM documentation.
What you need to have:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Resiliency, Audit, Compliance, Operations, Quality Control and/or Process Improvement.
- A Bachelor’s Degree
What makes you stand out:
- Working experience managing and coordinating Business Continuity and Business Resiliency Management Programs.
- Ability to leverage statistical expertise and data analytics to evaluate and create performance metrics and reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
- Demonstrated success in process redesign and improvement; Six Sigma and/or Lean Methodology experience is a plus.
- Excellent communications skills with proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Business continuity certification or equivalent.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $137,600 to $275,200.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
