Junior Quality Assurance Analyst

Our client is currently looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of functional requirements and software development life cycles and experience in creating test cases, executing test plans, and managing defects.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience performing Regression and Adhoc testing of the functional modules.
• Fluency with MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Knowledge of Software Development and Testing Life Cycle.
• Experience in creating test cases and supporting testing documentation.
• Proven ability to execute test plans/test cases and log and manage defects.
• Proficiency in defect reporting, retesting and verification of defects.
• Ability to understand functional requirements and develop a detailed test suite.
• Experience in independent verification and validation of the products produced by the development process.
• Experience in system integration testing on daily software builds, analyzing the stability and efficiency of the system.

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle.
• Experience performing Functional and Regression Testing.
• Experience working onsite and on customer-facing projects.
