- Develop and coordinate proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for our construction projects.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote our company and services.
- Analyze and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the construction industry.
- Maintain and update a database of proposals and marketing materials.
- Ensure that all proposals and marketing materials are accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements.
- Participate in the development of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical staff to gather information for proposals.
- Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, technical writing, contracts, RFPs, RFIs, and marketing in the construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
