Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Permanent Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, technical writing, contracts, Request for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and marketing. As a Marketing Proposal Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating proposals and marketing materials for our construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for our construction projects.
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote our company and services.
• Analyze and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the construction industry.
• Maintain and update a database of proposals and marketing materials.
• Ensure that all proposals and marketing materials are accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements.
• Participate in the development of marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical staff to gather information for proposals.
• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, technical writing, contracts, RFPs, RFIs, and marketing in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
