Marketing Operations Co-Op Jobs

As a Marketing Operations Co-Op, you'll get to dive right into the exciting world of sports marketing. You'll work alongside our team to create engaging content and touch all facets of our marketing strategy.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Get exposure to CRM platforms like HubSpot and manage/oversee lead flow and contact information updates
• Utilize resources to develop content and design assets as needed
• Assist with customer service inquiries
• Set up and report on paid ads and ad spend
• Export and analyze data to draw insights
• Help with automations to create more efficient processes
• Work with marketing team & coordinators to set up email newsletters for athletes
• Develop and publish content using Athlete Studio's content management system

Our ideal candidate:

• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Has completed at least two years of undergraduate study in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Is knowledgeable in Excel
• Is detail-oriented and can juggle multiple projects at once
• Shopify experience is a plus
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work under tight deadlines
