As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.


Job Overview:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to establish and promote our brand. Your expertise in brand building, trade show management, online marketing, and social content creation will be pivotal in reaching our target audience and driving business growth.


Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Building: Develop and execute brand-building initiatives that accurately reflect our company's vision, values, and unique selling propositions. Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  2. Trade Show Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute our presence at relevant industry trade shows and events. Design and set up eye-catching booths, collateral, and presentations to effectively showcase our digital signage solutions and capture leads.
  3. Online Marketing: Drive online marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers. Utilize various digital channels, including email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and content marketing.
  4. Social Content Creation: Oversee the creation and management of engaging social media content that aligns with our brand and resonates with our target audience. Leverage social media platforms to foster community engagement and customer loyalty.
  5. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop a comprehensive content strategy that encompasses blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and other relevant materials to attract, educate, and engage prospects.
  6. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth, stay informed about industry trends, and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
  7. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics, website traffic, and lead generation. Provide regular reports to the leadership team, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  8. Collaborative Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Product Development, to align marketing strategies with business goals and product launches.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B marketing, preferably in the restaurant, healthcare or digital signage industry.
  • Strong expertise in online marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in trade show management and event planning.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and community management.
  • Demonstrated success in brand building and developing compelling marketing campaigns.
