We are looking for a passionate Entry Level Marketing Manager to join our fundraising team and ensure the long-term success of our non-profit clients. Entry Level Marketing Manager Primary Job Responsibilities Include:


  • Manage the implementation and delivery our non-profit partners outreach, maximizing performance, revenue generation, and identifying new opportunities within the local area
  • Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills through ongoing training opportunities
  • Manage and over see all marketing strategies and event logistics
  • Driving sales through promotional campaigns and accurating tracking results
  • Bring customers and our non-profit clients together through hands on marketing campaigns
  • Basic inventory management


Entry Level Marketing Manager Minimum Qualifications:


  • A consistent overachiever with a drive for perfection
  • Must be able to work full-time hours and some weekends for special events.
  • Ability to excel in unsupervised solo assignments as well as team projects.
  • Desire to travel at least 1 or 2 weeks a year for further training
  • Adaptable, open to new ideas, and ready to take on new duties
  • 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Entry-Level Management, Client Relations or relevant fields
