Strategic Marketing is embarking on an ambitious journey to be the BEST business consulting firm in the Corona area! We are seeking a bright, articulate, detail-oriented and disciplined Entry Level Account Manager with a desire to contribute to world-class clients in a professional environment.


Our Entry Level Account Manager learns hands-on what it takes to run a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills in management. At Strategic Marketing, our Entry Level Account Managers tackle the same challenges as our full-time professionals. When joining our Entry Level Account Manager role, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exhilarating, and rewarding opportunities.


Entry Level Account Manager Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with team members, customers, and clients to ensure seamless customer acquisition, maximize ongoing productivity, and exceed sales targets
  • Participate in daily meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities
  • Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
  • Observing and learning from senior account managers by detailed note-taking
  • Communicate confidently with the sales team and account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages
  • Grasp company goals and daily process of operations by working in different departments in order to gain perspective in all entry-level customer service, sales, and marketing divisions
  • Conduct presentations to potential consumers directly informing them of our client’s products, services, and any new sales promotions in order to drive revenue


Entry Level Account Manager Requirements:


  • Currently enrolled in college in a bachelor's degree program or graduating with a degree in Business Development, Marketing, Communications, or relating field of study
  • Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
  • Bold and creative thinker who thrives in collaborative environments as well as independently
  • Solution-oriented thinking quickly on your feet and self-motivated
  • Experience in Leadership roles, sales, customer service, or marketing
  • Uphold company values and respect every customer
  • Desire to learn and grow in the business consulting and marketing industry
