Entry Level Marketing Coordinator

We are rapidly expanding in the Southern California area and we are looking for an ambitious individual to fill an Entry Level Marketing Coordinator role as soon as possible. The Entry Level Marketing Coordinator will focus primarily on lead acquisition and customer retention for our newest client, a mobile dog grooming service. The ideal candidate will love dogs, have a passion for helping people, and have excellent communication skills.

Entry Level Marketing Coordinator Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive marketing and/or sales approach to potential new clients
• Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment and cohesive execution of our client’s overall marketing and development goals
• Assist with daily sales duties and report final numbers to the senior marketing management staff
• Coordinate with the marketing & sales departments on the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
• Conduct competition analysis to maintain a cutting edge and assure our client’s are providing the best options for their potential new customers
• Present recommendations to the marketing and sales team to improve overall efficiency and developing a better consumer experience

We Look For Someone With:

• OR at least 2 years of completed coursework
• An outgoing personality and enjoys interacting with people and working in a collaborative team atmosphere
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business
• Knowledge of traditional core marketing and sales concepts
• A confidant demeanor ready to take on challenges, even if they might fail
• Experience in marketing, advertising, sales, or other similar business-related fields
• A can-do, positive attitude, and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
