About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Marketer to join our team. As the leader of our outbound marketing strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping all our external marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our sales team, executives, and client-facing team to ensure our messaging across web, social, email, partner, and customer-facing materials is engaging, relevant, and conversation-worthy. You will also manage offline marketing activities such as events, partner enablement, and media/analyst relations.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute unique content for HR leaders to drive awareness of Tava and the importance of mental health care
Build thought leadership programs for our company through external corporate communications
Architect an exceptional website that showcases our vision and converts employers, clients, and therapists into Tava users
Drive a customer-first mindset to create compelling blog posts, webinars, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and ads that support our go-to-market strategy and thought leadership efforts
Coach and manage external freelancers
Ensure our brand awareness and demand generation goals are met through B2B content marketing strategy and tactics
Juggle multiple projects and shift priorities as needed
Background We Seek
A deep passion for content creation and marketing with a proven track record of developing and building thought leadership programs for other companies
8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a content and communications role
Ability to effectively convey ideas verbally, in writing, and when presenting to others
A demonstrated ability to uplevel brand awareness and demand generation goals via B2B content marketing strategy and tactics
Ability to operate without much guidance and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skilled in HubSpot Marketing Hub
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
