  • About This Opportunity
Responsibilities:
Support campaign activation with agency partners to ensure flawless execution across all ad products, in partnership with legal and other cross-functional partners
Support the sales process, in collaboration with selling team, clients, merchandise & operations teams
Coordinate in-store media events with display & audio vendors. Facilitate growth of the in-store network in partnership with agency, in-store and shopper marketing teams
Support development, execution, & communication of campaign performance reports among internal & external partners.
Support financial process with accounting & agency partners to ensure financial reporting is compliant
Partner with external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional business partners
Support operation, scheduling & financial impact of research conducted in Lab Stores
Support monetization of The Brainfreeze Collective, coordinating with selling, research, & merchandise teams.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelors/4 yr Degree
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2+ years
Years of Management: NA
Certifications/Licenses: NA.

Specific Knowledge and Skills:
  • Flexible & responsive in a dynamic business environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple & shifting priorities and timelines
  • Education: Bachelor’s/4 Year Degree in Marketing, Business or related degree
  • Ability to understand high level marketing KPI’s and how they are driven and reported
  • Experience in retail, CPG, QSR preferred
  • Growth mindset vs. Fixed mindset
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising operations (tracking, pixels, etc.) & measurement
  • Proficient in MS Office 365
  • Strong project management skills, organizational & time management skills
  • Experience in advertising, creative development or media preferred
