Marketing Communications Advisor (Remote)

Compensation Range: $40 - 51 per hour

We are looking for a skilled Marketing Communications Advisor to join our healthcare client's growing team!

In this role you will develop, manage and maintain a wide range of marketing communications in support of campaigns and initiatives to grow their business and support their clients and customers. You will work closely with marketing partners, including Creative, Digital and Insights, to collaborate with Client Management and Sales leadership as well as internal subject matter experts to understand and articulate the value of the products and services we deliver in order to drive growth.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced energetic team environment, is a self-starter and has the ability and confidence to work independently to drive progress and results. The role will provide exposure and experience across the breadth of the business, and opportunity to partner with peers and business leaders across many functional areas.

Responsibilities:

• Develop custom communications for clients, their employees and dependents to educate, inform, drive engagement and help them understand and utilize their benefits.
• Partner with owners of digital platforms and Digital Marketing team to ensure timely and accurate messaging and collaboration in expanding our digital marketing outreach.
• Learn the GHB business, offerings and markets.
• Work closely with marketing resources across the enterprise and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to maintain and manage GHB messaging.
• Work closely with key matrix partners to articulate company's differentiating messages in multiple formats for sales and client management to use in in support of growth and retention efforts.
• Identify and/or support critical opportunities to communicate to internal audiences and provide copy/editing/review support to ensure consistency of messaging.
