• Address client inquiries, concerns, and changes with professionalism and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
• Provide expert advice on the best times to visit, recommended attractions, dining options, and special experiences to enhance the Universal Studios adventure.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of Universal Studios theme parks, attractions, shows, and entertainment to craft personalized travel itineraries.
• Offer insider tips and insights to maximize the value and enjoyment of each Universal Studios vacation.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, itineraries, and bookings.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Universal Studios offerings, events, and promotions to provide clients with the most current information.
• Assist clients in navigating the Universal Orlando Resort app and other relevant tools for planning and managing their trips.
• Engage with clients to understand their interests, preferences, and budget for their Universal Studios vacation.

Requirements

• Proven passion for and extensive knowledge of Universal Studios theme parks, attractions, and entertainment.

• Previous experience in travel advisory, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
