Role Overview

We are looking for:

• Based on the knowledge of the market’s business needs across GBUs/platforms, you are directly responsible for designing and executing strategic communication plans and initiatives in full control of the assigned budget (range 600K€-1M€).
• You will report directly to the Material Marketing Communications Director and your responsibilities are the definition and execution of the marketing communications strategies related to the assigned Market cluster.

We count on you for:

• Budget and resources allocation based on growth opportunities,
• Digital multi-channel strategies:
• Implementation of multi-channel approach, including the selection of new suppliers and the management of the currents.
• Brand and contents. To ensure consistency with the Group tone of voice, across on-line and off-line touchpoints; in full alignment with the value propositions of Material products.
• Events management as a part of the omni-channel approach (including: strategy and execution and the collaboration with the Corp. Event Team for Group initiatives).
• Timeline/project management,
• KPI set up for tracking marcom performances & business results (ROI).
• Team management. Getting in constant touch with all market team members to define roles and activities; setting clear objectives and coaching junior team members for their career evolution.

You will bring:

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Good knowledge of the Group and its businesses
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
• Experience in marketing communication, product promotion, event organization
• Market & product knowledge
• Fluent in English
• Proven experience at business or corporate level
• Excellent organizational skills

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
