Role: Operator I

Location: Sylmar, CA - 91342

Duration: 6 Months on W2

Shift Timings: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

• Read and follow procedures, utilize electronic systems.
• Make critical decisions with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize work and handle small components.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and participate in continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturing management.
• Produce high-quality medical devices in a manufacturing cell.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure traceability of products.
• Demonstrate understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
• Comply with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Follow specified procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support goal setting and performance metrics.
• Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on medical devices.

High school degree or equivalent required
