The Job You Will do:
Join the Mansfield Mill Operations team in one of our five departments as a trainee.
- Testing material to ensure quality and compliance.
- You will learn to perform area-specific tasks such as:
- Managing safety processes
- Maintaining environmental compliance
- Assisting operators on machines
- Testing material to ensure quality and compliance.

The Skills You Will Bring:
- Reading and understanding training material
- Experience working in manufacturing environments
- Must be:
- Minimum high school graduate, GED or equivalent work experience
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Eligible for employment in the U.S.
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be willing to meet the following requirements:
- Operate or work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces (with proper safety training and safety protection)
- Submit to periodic drug screens as a condition of employment
- Work holidays and/or weekends on a regular basis
- Work any shift and/or a rotating shift schedule
- Work overtime on a regular basis and with last minute notification
- Wear required safety equipment
- Undergo a drug screen for illicit use of drugs as a condition of employment
