Job Summary/Basic Function
Evaluate and implement organizational development initiatives, strategic planning initiatives, and internal communications programs; Serve as a subject matter expert in areas such as performance appraisal, training and development, selection, employment law, compensation, organizational performance, strategic plan development and deployment, data collection, data analysis, data-driven decision making, and internal communications strategies; Provide assistance in key human resource and strategic initiative areas; Develop recruitment and placement strategies that are aligned with legal requirements; Continuous evaluation of processes to increase efficiency and operational practices; Statistically analyze quantitative and qualitative data to make informed decisions or recommendations to the state directors, associate state director, stakeholders and constituents; Experience in areas such as team development, job design, leadership, and organizational behaviors. Contribute to the overall administrative responsibilities of the organization.
Required Education
Master's degree in I/O Psychology or other data analysis-related field.
Required Related Experience
Two years of work for a federal/state/local government or educational agency.
Desirable License/Registration/Certification
SHRM CP or HRCI PHR
