WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & CAPITAL MARKETS:

• Perform market research and analysis to help drive flawless deal execution, and to inform competitive strategy, including presentation of findings to executive management.
• Problem resolution with warehouse providers over collateral and process issues.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to inform the company’s grown targets and funding and capitalization requirements.
• Manage day to day communication with funding partners.
• Daily/weekly coordination with the Controller and accounting team to manage the company's funding and cash position.
• Create funding reports and calculations, including continual monitoring and management of borrowing base and performance triggers.
• Develop and manage relationships with external stakeholders including banks, investors, Rating Agencies, outside counsel and 3rd party vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Credit Analytics and Loss Forecasting for investor performance reporting analysis.
• Help develop the company’s capital markets strategy and drive execution.
• Develop and maintain monthly servicer reports, proprietary cash flow models, static pool performance reporting, and collateral performance forecasting.
• Production of company finance and capital markets presentation decks.
• Prepare and deliver presentations/reports for the board of directors.
• Own and manage the company’s financial projection and long-term capital planning process, including ownership and maintenance of the company’s corporate finance model.
• Continual tracking of collateral performance both prior to and after sale/securitization.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Familiarity with Intex, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.
• MBA or Capital Markets related certification is a plus.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with preference for background in structured finance or managing financial projections in an entrepreneurial environment such as Financial Technology and/or nonbank specialty lending.
