We are looking for our next leader to build an entire team around to expand our Government Services Division!

This will be a Market Leadership opportunity reporting directly into the Founder & President with complete backing and support from Global Headquarters.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience executing and negotiating Teaming Agreements for Federal pre-award pursuits and contracts across the Federal Civilian & Department of Defense sectors
  • At least three years of experience in the federal staff augmentation and/or government contracting space
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Process and detail oriented
  • Proven track record of capture success in executing and delivering upon teaming agreement SLA's, workshare deliverables, etc.

Responsibilities:
  • Multitask daily and act in a decisive manner with confidence and ownership in the decisions you make
  • Actively participate in internal interviews, making final on site interviews a priority for potential incoming associates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Attend high impact client meetings regularly both from the office and on the road with the business development team
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with top key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Monitor and manage the financial performance of accounts to meet sales targets and company goals
  • Drives revenue growth for the Government Services Division
  • Act as the "Chief Recruiting Officer” of the Government Services branch in an effort to constantly recruit, develop and retain A Player associates
  • Exceed expectations set forth by leadership to achieve promotion towards exciting career path options
  • Advise with a hands-on approach strategy execution to the business development team in an effort to assist them in their pre-award and post award delivery
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs and requirements and articulate the value proposition of the company's services/solutions to meet those needs
  • Ability to source, identify, and sell potential A-Players on the opportunity at Summit Human Capital
  • Communicate with Headquarters to ensure Headquarters policies, best practices & Standard Operating Procedures are being successfully deployed and executed upon within the Government Services Division
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to best serve clients and drive growth
  • Hire, train and develop the Government Services associates to become the best versions of themselves, in and outside of work
  • Drive process and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) execution across the Government Services Division
  • Conduct and lead trainings on business development best practices and methodologies, including cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, marketing canvassing to set meetings with prospective buyers of our services
  • Attend industry networking events to expand Summit Human Capital's brand while simultaneously developing professionally
