The TRG Growth Practice is currently working with one of our top clients in the consumer goods segment engaged to identify a Senior Level Plant Operations Manager (OPEX / Continuous Improvement Mindset) for their HQ here in Virginia.

This role will drive Operational Effectiveness and Optimization across the entire Manufacturing side of the Business. This role will report into the C-Suite Leadership and will own: Production Operations, Supply Chain & Inventory, Engineering/Capital Projects, and Excellence & Effectiveness. We need an impactful Leader, with a knack for Continuous Improvement and the ability to drive positive change – with an “Owner” mindset.

Desired Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

· 5+ years working with Manufacturing Operations

· Strong CI and Project Management Skills

· Food or Consumer Goods Experience is preferred
