Join our HR/People Analytics Team to Help Elevate Our TA/TM Practices
Whirlpool Corporation, a global leader in kitchen and laundry products and one of Fortune Magazine’s Most Admired Companies, is in the midst of a global transformation for our Talent Acquisition and Talent Management functions. We are offering career-making leadership role that will give the right individuals an opportunity to contribute to the acceleration of our modern, global TA organization.
We are seeking an experienced Talent Analytics specialist to lead our Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Management data and analytics practice. In this role, you will develop a comprehensive data strategy, inlcuding data collection, integration, storage, and security leveraging our AWS cloud environment.
You will also lead the design and development of advanced talent analytics models, tools, and dashboards to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our TA/TM initiatives. You'll work closely with the Global Talent tean develop key data, analytics, and associated tools/dashboards that provide data-driven insights to drive rapid, positive changes.
Key resposibilities will include:
- Provide insights about the competitive talent market landscape and recommend improvements to Whirlpool's talent strategies to enhance our ability to attract and retain top talent
- Collaborate with HR, Recruitment, and Talent Management leaders and team members in cross-functional teams to define and implement changes that enhance workforce efficiency and effectiveness
- Present complex data and analytics to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership
- Create and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports to showcase key Talent Pipeline metrics, trends, and perforamnce indicators
- Manage and mentor a team of remote data analysts
- Utilize statistical and predictive modeling to forecast hiring needs, succession gaps, and workforce trends
Requirements for this role include:
- Knowledge of Statistical Programming Languages such as R or Python is a plus
- Expertise with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker DataStudio, etc)
- BS degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field (Master's a plus)
- Excellent communication/presentation skills to convey data insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and predictive analytics
- 5 or more years of experience in Talent/People Analytics, preferably in a leadership role
