Job Description
Introduction About the Position This position performs a variety of moderately complex administrative activities in support of the City Clerk's Office. The City of Scottsdale offers a comprehensive benefits package including:

Essential Functions Performs duties and responsibilities commensurate with assigned functional area which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following:

  • Two years of experience working in a municipality performing research, statistical or financial analysis, policy development, strategic management, or related activities.

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience
  • Prepares comprehensive and accurate administrative, operational, and statistical reports for use by internal and/or external organizations.
  • Fingerprinting search of the national FBI Database
  • Preferred: Government agency experience. Licensing, Certifications and Other Requirements
  • Interprets policies, procedures, codes and ordinances and provides oral and written information to staff and the general public.
