Duties


Summary


Serves as a Management & Program Analyst managing workforce planning, budget formulation, execution, analysis, and reporting. Performs Contracting Officer Representative (COR) functions for the NASA Aircraft Operations Contract (CHARLES) for the Flight Operations Directorate (FOD) Business Office supporting the Aircraft Operations Division (AOD). AOD manages all of the Johnson Space Center (JSC) aircraft including but not limited to T-38s, Gulfstreams, Super Guppy, and WB-57s.

Qualifications


Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level: Contributing to the planning, development, implementation, application and/or evaluating of workforce-related systems and projects for the organization; Evaluating and resolving problems with senior leadership and in close coordination and collaborating with internal/external stakeholders; Collecting and assessing data, conducting studies and/or trend analyses, performing strategic assessments, and recommending options for administrative or technical programs practices and work processes.
