Maintenance Technician-BAKERSFIELD
Location:
BAKERSFIELD
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will perform repairs in the correct manner while also providing excellent customer service to our residents. Maintenance plays a major role in maintaining a safe and operational living atmosphere for our residents.
We appreciate our Maintenance Team!

Apartment Maintenance experience is NOT Necessary, but skill in the areas below are required.

Skills required are:
  • Appliance Repair (Stoves, Dishwashers, Refrigerators)
  • Electrical
  • Carpentry a plus
  • Plumbing (Sinks/Faucets, Showers, Tubs, Toilets, Water Heaters)
** A Valid Driver License and Valid Vehicle Insurance are REQUIRED.

Description:
The Maintenance Technician position is Full-Time / 40 hours a week Monday - Friday. WEEKENDS OFF!!
Hourly Rate: $22-$24 per hour D.O.E.
