The Housing Company, a non-profit organization, has an opening for a maintenance person at the Fox Creek Place apartments in Driggs, Idaho. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work 40 hours a week.
Our Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and repair of the apartment complex. They perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing plumbing and electrical systems, repairing appliances, and ensuring that common areas are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond in a timely manner to work orders requested by tenants.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests, such as flooding or power outages, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform unit turnovers
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaks, and repairing appliances.
  • Keep common areas of the property clean and well-maintained.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure that it is in good condition.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Work with vendors and contractors as needed to complete larger repair projects.
