The Al Angelo Company is seeking an energetic, reliable Maintenance Technician to join one of our prestigious apartment community teams in Vancouver, WA. We offer lots of hands on training opportunities to help advance your career as a Maintenance Technician. The Al Angelo Company strongly believes in promoting within as opportunities allow. Under the supervision of the Lead Maintenance Technician and Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for safely maintaining the physical condition and fulfilling customer service needs of the property.


Main Duties Include


  • Emergency On-call (on a 7 to 9 week rotating schedule)
  • Plumbing – Basic knowledge
  • Customer service focus
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Appliance repair
  • Painting
  • Electrical – Basic knowledge
  • Overtime, occasionally as required
  • Experience running basic power tools
  • Grounds
  • Pool & Spa maintenance


Prior experience in property management maintenance is preferred, but not required.


CAMT, CPO Certification, Fair Housing training are all a plus!
