Donaldson is looking for full-time Maintenance Technicians for a residential apartment community located in Washington, DC (Stanton Glen Apartments). Ideal candidate will have general knowledge of maintenance, plumbing, minor electrical, drywall repair, HVAC, painting and appliance repair. Experience in the multi-family housing industry strongly preferred. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits package, 20% discount on housing and more.
