Job Description
Maintain, diagnose, and repair highly technical and automated production equipment, high pressure boilers, air compressors, facility systems, etc. A wide variety of equipment requires a wide variety of hands on technical troubleshooting ability including some or all of the following:


  • 480V, 3 phase, wiring, low voltage controls, etc.
  • Troubleshooting Siemens S5, S7, Allen Bradley including SLC 500, PLC 5 and Logix 5000
  • Conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, pneumatics and hydraulics, welding, boilers, compressors, etc.
  • Industrial Electrical Controls such as VFDs, PLC’s, Servo, etc.


1 Opening on Swing Shift (5 weeks at 7am-3pm and then 5 weeks at 3pm-11pm)


Requirements


  • Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines
  • 2-5 yrs troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
  • Understanding electrical schematics and documentation
  • Plant manufacturing experience is a plus (corrugated or packaging equipment is a HUGE plus)
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing technical training to enhance capabilities
