Title: Maintenance Manager

Base Salary: $100,000 - $115,000

Category: Fast Paced CPG Manufacturing

Function: Engineering

As Maintenance Manager, you will:

· Lead an assigned maintenance team to achieve goals and problem solve

· Direct the activities of team members to perform equipment repair and preventative maintenance

· Directly supervise team members’ work activities and monitor work performance

· Communicate with engineers and vendors as necessary

· Effectively communicate with and motivate employees in order to drive productivity and achieve company standards

· Create a continuous improvement culture through application of LEAN concepts and procedures to the day-to-day maintenance functions

· Collaborate with the functional areas of operations such as Human Resources, Safety, Operations, Quality Assurance, Finance, Shipping and others

Qualifications:

Technical Experience:

· Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical, safety and preventative maintenance programs

· Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods

· Comfortable using email, smartphone apps, Microsoft Office, wireless printers, tablets, and other technologies. Experience with Google Suite is a plus

Minimum Education & Experience:

· Bachelor's Degree or 4-years industrial maintenance work experience; experience within a food processing organization

· Minimum of 5-year experience in a leadership role

You will report into the Plant Manager and hold significant manufacturing-based PLC experience and will be responsible for training maintenance teams and production operatives on safe usage of all machinery within the processing facilities.
