Bowman Hospitality & Convenience has an opening for a hotel Maintenance person at our Holiday Inn Express location. The Maintenance person will perform the following: preventative maintenance, drywall install/repair; general plumbing and electrical skills, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Duties include preventive and emergency service to interior/exterior of buildings to ensure optimum efficiency and economy of operations. Responsible for ensuring hotel brand standards are met, completes maintenance tasks, work orders, special projects, installation and maintenance of all HVAC, water treatment, fire safety, etc. Ensures proper record keeping related to all equipment, maintains adequate stock of materials, equipment, tools and other items as deemed necessary. Responsible for exterior/grounds, Excellent communication skills and a high degree of integrity and commitment to delivering customer service. Minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience in the hotel industry a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
