YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Reliable transportation if working in-house
• The ability to convert PSD’s to Magento sites
• The ability to work on LAMP development environment
• Expertise in other platforms such as WordPress (preferred)
• The ability to adapt in a diverse and multicultural environment
• A Magento Certification (preferred)
• Excellent written and spoken English
• A positive and upbeat attitude
• A reliable workstation with a fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable internet and power if working remotely
• Passion to build a startup
• The availability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
• A portfolio with live links to sites that you have developed previously (preferred)
• The ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time
• Great attention to detail and be highly organized
• An expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML5 and CSS3
• The ability to articulate yourself professionally

YOUR DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Work daily in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery and with the Zend Framework
• Convert PSDs into pixel-perfect custom PHP sites
• Resolve cross-browser compatibility issues
• Work with LAMP development environment and version control GIT / SVN
• Build Magento Community websites and other platforms
• Integrate data with Sage, Quickbooks, WordPress, Salesforce, and APIs in general and ERP/stock management systems
• Write clean structured and well-documented code

We are looking for talented and diligent candidates who excel in our skills tests, and will consider these candidates even if past experience or educational background criteria aren't met.

• Starting base pay in the US states of California, New York, Washington and Colorado for this position ranges between $15 - $35 per hour
