Logistics Manager(Remote) Jobs

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations at his/her locations. They will be required to fully understand all aspects of his/her location(s), build positive relationships with the client and increase the efficiencies and business within their delivery operations.

• Continuously recruit and retain Independent Contractors
• Enforce and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Hold Weekly Operations Meetings
• Achieve Location Margin goals
• Focus on relationship with client in order to gain 100% of delivery business
• Provide Weekly updates on your locations as dictated by Area Manager.
• Warehouse Expense (Contracted Labor, Inventory variances)
• Other duties as assigned
• Manage claims and their processes
• Lead Daily Stand-ups
• Actively route monitor teams from the road (see SOP for details)
• Develop and hold your staff accountable (if applicable)
• Administrative Expense (Hourly, Contract Admin, Office Supplies, Recruitment, Travel & Meals)
• Responsible for loadout / warehouse oversight of QC with getting teams off dock
