At our Duncan, SC location we are searching for a Logistics Manager:

• Planning and organization of all the logistic areas including the planning ,packaging, and the warehouse;
• According to the company's targets and guidelines, to make sure the fulfillment of the customer's requirements along the whole supply chain;
• Planning, organization and supervision of all the logistic systems and tools;
• Drawing up of a monthly logistic report including all the relevant information about the logistic;
• Organization and supervision of all the data exchange flows: to and from the customers; to and from the suppliers; to and from the company's departments;
• Other tasks allocated by superior
• Cooperation in the drawing up of the investment plan of the company.
• Planning, choosing (in cooperation with the HR Department) and leading of the employees reporting;
• Planning, organization and supervision of all the logistic flows both of internal and external;
• Planning and supervision of all the logistic costs;

How to convince us

• We are looking for a team player with well- developed interpersonal skills, with proven ability to support a positive team environment.
• Three (3) to five (5) years experience in a Materials planning, production planning, SCM with global and warehouse management (including shipping and receiving).
• Proficient with ERP/SAP systems
• Develop workflow and work standards for the logistics team.
• Minimum 5 years experience in global, injection molding and tier one manufacturing automotive experience
• 3-5 years of experience with lean manufacturing
• Minimum 3-5 years supervisory or management level positions. Proven experience in leading multi-function logistics team to achieve goals.
