We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Development Specialist to join our Electromagnetic Systems Group located in San Diego, CA.

The Logistics Development Specialist is responsible for administering integrated logistics plans and processes. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that customer support requirements and objectives are achieved within budget and schedules. The Logistics Development Specialist will also be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement of standard logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer integrated logistics plans and processes
• Perform inventory management and make recommendations for replenishment spares.
• Ensure customer support requirements and objectives are achieved within budget and schedules
• Ensure continuous improvement of standard logistics processes
• Provide product support
• Generate and submit CDRL documentation for customer review and approval with minimal rework.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with the Engineering Change process and its impact on Logistics product
• Experience working with Wind chill, SAP, and using SLICwave for logistics management information (LMI)
• Experience with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) analysis, Spares management, and provisioning support
• Experience in writing maintenance tasks and fault isolation procedures
• 3+ years of progressive logistics management experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Electrical experience and background
• Familiarity with Department of Defense (DOD) Acquisition Logistics procedures
• High mechanical aptitude, and an ability to read technical drawings
