Logistics Coordinator Jobs

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our distributor partners, Red Bull teams, third party logistics partners, and our global logistics supply chain team in Austria. Responsibilities includes coordination of all tasks related to shipments, invoicing, orders, customer support, and support the Logistics Manager in process improvements.
RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

• MISCELLANEOUS OPERATIONS SUPPORT Provide logistics and order support Conduct ad hoc reporting & analysis on order and shipment data Maintain documentation and procedures related to logistics policies and procedures Prepared to assume additional tasks outside job description
• CUSTOMER SUPPORT Investigate and resolve problems through root cause analysis using various reports and data to resolve logistics challenges Monitor and provide status of important shipments and ensure inbound/outbound on time delivery Interact with key personnel to monitor and develop process to ensure the timely and accurate processing of orders and shipments Establish working relationship with departments, distributors, logistics partners, and Operations team members to provide high levels of customer support
• SHIPMENT MANAGEMENT Ensure daily processing of outbound transportation shipments through tracking, data review and standard operating procedures Audit third party partner's carrier usage and transport mode choices to ensure selections are being used Review, audit, and process outbound transportation invoicing to confirm payment and accuracy Utilize the SAP TM system to process all shipment related data and perform ad hoc corrections to ensure shipments are not delayed

EXPERIENCE

• 1+ year experience related to supply chain and logistics operations
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Interest in learning - become the subject matter expert people rely on
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate analytical skills with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with finance and invoicing functions
• Basic knowledge of logistics functions within SAP or a comparable ERP system

• Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree
• Permanent
