Global, expedited air courier/air cargo company is seeking an International Operations Coordinator to work in our Tempe AZ office. NOT REMOTE. Responsibilities include preparing and sending quotes to clients, making cargo booking with international airlines (BA, LH, CX, DL, UA), preparation of master airwaybills including rating, coordinating On Board Courier shipments, booking tickets for OBCs. Alerting pickup and delivery agents nationally. Must have strong PC skills. Must have a good knowledge of geography. Must know airline codes and airport codes by memory.
Evening Shift hours required after training period.
Must have prior experience.
Must have good knowledge of geography.
Must know how to use Excel on advanced level.
Must know how to use Outlook on advanced level.
Pharma/Cold Chain experience is a plus.
IATA Dangerous Goods Certification a plus.
