Logistics Analyst Jobs

Akkodis is seeking a Logistics Analyst for a Contract position with a client located in New York, NY. (Hybrid Model) Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background in Logistics Analyst and extensive experience in Excel, Production Plan, Inventory & Supply Chain.

Pay Rate: $40.67/hr. on W2.

Logistics Analyst Job Responsibilities Includes:

• Looking for support in EXCEL for reporting

• Department does a lot of data analytics and sending to business partners

• Reports are automated but need to be exported and tailored to recipients needs and relevance

• Pull and review data for free-standing stores for Kiehls to make sure inventory is correct

• Go into the system, release some orders, and clear some blocks (Excel)

• Running multiple, automated Excel reports

• Goal is to make sure reports are correct and reach the correct recipients at the correct time

• 2-3 reports average daily, but reports will change on a regular basis.

Position may include responsibility for the stock equation, (production plan and inventory), ensuring the quality and service for the demand are coordinated with launches to optimize service level and inventory, partnering with demand planning on forecasting, and developing launches and manufacturing on production plan. Qualifications: Position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or another related field 2-4 years' experience in planning, inventory control or related field Proficiency in Excel Strong analytical and communication skills SAP system experience is preferable.
