SUMMARY

A Loan Processor assists the Credit Administration/Loan Operations Team with processing commercial and consumer loans ensuring compliance with the Bank’s loan policy and all regulatory requirements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors transactions for loan policy exceptions prior to producing documents.
• Uploads and scans closed loans to core and fund.
• Orders real estate title work, real estate flood certificates, and credit reports.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Processes commercial and consumer loans using Laser Pro.
• Coordinates with title companies for real estate closings.

Pay

Hourly, pay based on experience; potential to earn incentive bonuses.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of loan processing bank experience.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of loan processing in a bank setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or other business-related fields (preferred).
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail.
