Loader (Friday-Sunday) Jobs

The Loader is responsible for loading or unloading of trailers, moving, staging materials within the plant or yard, performing checks to verify items are loaded per load sheet.
Job Responsibilities:

• Reads work order or follows oral instructions to load materials to flatbed trailers.
• Loads or unloads materials onto or from pallets, racks, trailers and shelves by hand or forklift.
• Moves material to or from storage or work area to designated area, using forklift or overhead crane.
• Loads materials into and onto trailers. Installs, bracing, or dunnage to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using hand tools.

Job Qualifications:

• Meticulous attention to detail with a desire to produce high quality and accurate work.
• Must be able to work outside and tolerate all weather conditions.
• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in overhead crane, forklift and yard tractor.
