Jettison is representing a growing and dynamic law firm who is looking for a Litigation Associate to join their team!


Responsibilities:

Manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, preparing for depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with Federal Court is a plus, but not required
  • NV Bar admission is a plus
  • 3+ years of general civil litigation experience including experience defending commercial disputes, personal injury lawsuits, and premises liability actions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms
  • CA Bar admission
