Business Litigation Associate Jobs

Hodel Wilks LLP is a law firm located in Irvine, California seeking a talented and driven business litigation associate to join our team. Our law firm focuses solely on business litigation matters. We are looking for a motivated candidate to play a pivotal role in providing exceptional legal services in complex commercial disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other court proceedings related to business litigation
• Conduct thorough document review and analysis in large-scale discovery projects
• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis on complex business litigation matters
• Take depositions and participate in witness interviews
• Draft and prepare a variety of legal documents, including complaints, pleadings, and motions
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and team members on case management, strategy and trial preparation

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of experience, preferably more, as a business litigator at a reputable law firm
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills with a focus on business law
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks
