We are looking for a creative and personal line cook to work with a small team of chef's to create seasonal, farm to table French cuisine. The line cook will work 5 nights and one lunch shift. You will be creating dishes for our two style menus; one is more casual and bistro in style and we also offer a culinary experience with our Chef's tasting menu with wine pairings. It is a chance to be creative and make a real impact on the L'Auberge Provencale culture.
The line cook will generally assist the chef and kitchen in culinary creations, and during the season utilize fresh ingredients from our vegetable, herb gardens, and our orchard here on property. We also offer small intimate weddings here at the inn and wine tasting dinners. Like all members of the kitchen, the line cook will also maintain the level of cleanliness that we expect from a top-notch kitchen.
Applicant must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Good communication skills.
