Ruffino's Restaurant is now hiring experienced line cooks who have a passion for great food and want to learn about Modern Cuisine from a busy kitchen. We are seeking self-motivated, hard working, fast learners who want a career in the restaurant industry. The right candidate will have experience in a high volume, fine dining restaurant and a desire to be the best. Requirements
  • Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel
  • Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequintly lift up to 40 pounds
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in fast paced fine dining
