Job Description
Our partner is currently seeking a Line Cook in Santa Monica, CA for a culinary establishment with a foundation in nutritional science. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in consistently and efficiently preparing and cooking their recipes to the highest quality.


Responsibilities:


  • Execution/Production/Plating of menu items
  • Prepping and portioning food items for service
  • Responsible for keeping a fully prepped & stocked station
  • Line sweeps and general cleanliness of line
  • Keep an organized and sanitized station
  • Making sauces and dressings


Requirements


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
  • Previous experience in a culinary or kitchen environment is preferred
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Strong organizational skills to keep the station orderly
