About the Position:

The Lifestyle Marketing Manager will assist in driving online market share and increase consumer lifetime value through development and execution of annual eCommerce marketing plans. This position will assist in leading the strategy, techniques, and tactics used to increase online revenue through retention marketing campaign efforts through email, sms, notification workflows, as well as assist in the brand’s presentation on Zoaenergy.com, Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Instacart, and beyond.




Responsibilities:



Retention Marketing:

  • Manage integration between reviews, loyalty platform, and ESP constantly optimizing messaging and automated workflows.
  • Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for our website blog, email, and SMS workflows that tells the brands story, highlights benefits and offerings in our and voice.
  • Manage channels and programs to drive added value to consumers and incremental revenue for brand groups, make recommendations on how to improve and implement consumer experience enhancements.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain DTC loyalty program that rewards customer activity, drives customer product ordering mix, and increase overall customer LTV.
  • Develop and execute and manage lifecycle marketing initiatives including triggered emails, trickle campaigns, loyalty, re-engagement, and other automated email flows.
  • Maintain email and SMS databases deliverability, monitoring list health and growth and identity. Target and analyze customer segments and audience.
  • Use CRM management to develop a better understanding of our consumers and create targeted and triggered emails, as well as recommend other channels.



Website & Retailer.com Marketing:

  • Assist with customer service inquiries and problems that consist of product questions, order updates, refunds, and returns.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize Site improvements to drive engagement, conversion, and improved digital experiences.
  • Assist the Director, eCommerce with additional tasks, as necessary.
  • Align and execute Site experience improvements in concert with ongoing traffic-driving activities such as SEO, Customer Service Chat, and other on-site engagement strategies.
  • Analyze eCommerce KPIs, Site health, and related data to find opportunities to improve Site experiences.
  • Assist in evaluating updating product page images and copy on zoaenergy.com, amazon.com, and all other retailer.com channels that ZOA is available.
  • Ability to effectively manage in order to complete tasks in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Possess strong project management over a variety of tasks with varying deadlines and priorities.



Qualifications:

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, planning, time management, communication, robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with a KPI and customer-centric approach.
  • Proven excellence in execution of retention and loyalty programs as well as dynamic personalization for increased customer LTV including CRM technology, SMS, Email, etc.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing strategies, multivariate email deployment, and a strong understanding of segmentation strategies for DTC performance marketing.
  • Experience with Shopify and Magento eCommerce platforms.
  • 5 years relevant experience in loyalty/retention marketing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience developing consumer/customer journey maps.
  • Expert understanding of modern eCommerce SEO and web analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Storytelling: ability to bring a message strategy together to tell a clear, engaging story around our client’s value proposition.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners across the organization.
  • Experience in an eCommerce or analytically focused digital environment that uses data to drive decisions.
